Job Title: Machine Operator


We are in search of a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in La-Condamine. As a Machine Operator, your main responsibility will be to operate and maintain machinery efficiently and safely. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, technical expertise, and physical dexterity.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of machinery including but not limited to lathes, mills, grinders, and drills
- Monitor machines during operation and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality output
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on machines to ensure proper functioning
- Troubleshoot any issues with machinery and perform repairs as needed
- Keep work area clean and organized for safe and efficient operation
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient in reading blueprints and schematics
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physically capable of standing for long periods, lifting heavy objects, and operating machinery
- Attention to detail is crucial for quality control purposes
