Loader Supervisor



Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced Loader Supervisor to join our team in Remish. We are a reputable logistics company providing services to various industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the loading and unloading of goods onto trucks, ensuring efficient and safe operation at all times.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of loaders, providing training and guidance as needed
- Ensure proper loading techniques are followed to prevent damage to goods
- Maintain inventory control by accurately tracking loaded items and reporting any discrepancies
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely loading and unloading of trucks
- Inspect trucks before and after loading to ensure they meet safety standards
- Communicate with warehouse staff to coordinate movement of goods
- Address any issues or concerns that may arise during the loading process
- Maintain a clean and organized loading area for safe operation

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a loader or similar role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position
- Ability to operate loaders, forklifts, and other equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to ensure timely loading schedules are met
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Salary:
$1300 per month, with potential for growth based on performance.

Location:
Remish, India (Indian nationals preferred)

Schedule:
This is a full-time position with flexible hours. Some weekend work may be required.
