Architecture Manager
Location: Vianden, Luxembourg

We are in search of a skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Vianden. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of architectural principles, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team of architects and designers. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers to ensure successful completion of projects
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Oversee the design process from concept development to construction documentation
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide creative solutions that meet their requirements
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design plans
- Review and approve all architectural drawings before submission for approval
- Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders involved in projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects is preferred

Salary: $1700 per month
