We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in Vianden, Luxembourg. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. You will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the design process from concept to completion, including developing project specifications and timelines
- Oversee all aspects of the construction process to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to review project plans and identify potential issues or concerns
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
- Manage project budgets and handle any budget variances or changes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, vendors, etc.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team of architects/designers/engineers/contractors
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Vianden (relocation assistance available if needed)
