We are hiring a skilled and talented Barber to join our team in Nakuru. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing grooming services to our clients with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail. Your primary responsibilities will include cutting and styling hair, shaving and trimming beards, and providing other grooming services as requested by clients. You must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:
- Cut, style, color, and groom hair according to client preferences
- Shave and trim beards with precision
- Provide recommendations for hair care products and techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Ensure all equipment is properly sanitized after each use
- Uphold a high level of customer service by actively listening to client needs and fulfilling their requests
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends, techniques, and products
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barber or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of hair cutting techniques and styles for different hair types
- Ability to use various tools such as clippers, scissors, razors, etc.
- Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards for barbering services
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification or diploma in Barbering or related field
- Experience working in a multicultural environment
- Knowledge of multiple languages

We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month along with accommodation. This is a contract job with the potential for long-term employment. We also provide visa sponsorship for our employees.
