Job Title: Surveyor - Fonvieille, Monaco



We are hiring a skilled Surveyor to join our team in Fonvieille, Monaco. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements of land, buildings and other structures, both above and below ground. Your main duties will include collecting data, analyzing information and creating detailed reports.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Surveyor is required
- Proficient in using surveying equipment and software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to work full-time with valid work permit/visa
- Accommodation will be provided

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to determine the exact boundaries of properties
- Use specialized equipment to measure distances, angles and elevations
- Create accurate maps and diagrams using collected data
- Analyze survey data to identify any issues or discrepancies
- Collaborate with engineers, architects and other professionals on projects
- Ensure all surveying work complies with industry standards and regulations
- Keep accurate records of all surveys conducted
- Communicate findings through detailed reports to clients

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this full-time position.
