We are a dynamic and growing land surveying company based in Atlanta, seeking a skilled and motivated Land Surveyor to join our team. This position is open to Indian candidates and does not require English proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various techniques and equipment
- Prepare detailed reports and maps of survey findings
- Analyze data and measurements to determine property boundaries and other relevant information
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure accurate surveying results
- Manage survey projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating with all parties involved
- Maintain accurate records of survey data and documentation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in land surveying or related field
- Familiarity with land surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physically fit for outdoor work in various weather conditions
