Commercial Architect



We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Multan. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for commercial projects
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for construction projects
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Work with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that projects meet building codes and regulations
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure successful completion within budget constraints

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations related to commercial construction
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members

This is a contract job with a salary of 1700$. Candidates must have their own visa. Experience in commercial architecture is required.
