Commercial Architect (Part-Time)
We are a leading architecture firm based in Multan, seeking a talented and driven Commercial Architect to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for commercial design and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to gain experience in the field while pursuing other interests or commitments.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to develop and present design concepts for commercial projects
- Prepare drawings, plans, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits and surveys to assess project requirements
- Research building codes, regulations, and materials to ensure compliance with applicable standards
- Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Provide support during construction phase, including reviewing contractor bids and responding to requests for information (RFIs)

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited university
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software programs
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction materials
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in commercial architecture is preferred but not required
