Formworker vacancy in Acre Israel

Junior Formworker - Acre, India


We are currently hiring a Junior Formworker to join our team in Acre, India. As a Formworker, you will work on various construction projects, using your expertise in forming and shaping concrete structures. This is a contract position and no English language skills are required.

Responsibilities:
- Reading and interpreting blueprints to determine layout and dimensions of forms
- Measuring and marking cutting lines on materials such as plywood or lumber
- Cutting materials to specified sizes using hand or power tools
- Assembling and securing formwork for foundations, walls, slabs, columns and other structures
- Placing and securing reinforcing steel bars within forms
- Pouring concrete into forms and smoothing the surface using various tools
- Stripping forms after the concrete has set
- Cleaning and maintaining formwork materials

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Formworker is preferred but not required for this junior position
- Basic understanding of construction methods, materials and tools
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in outdoor conditions for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work within tight deadlines

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1000$ per month.

Accommodation:
This is a contract position without accommodation provided. The candidate must arrange their own housing during their contract period.

Experience:
This job does not require previous experience but preference will be given to candidates with some experience in construction or related fields.

Education:
No specific education is required for this position but a high school diploma or equivalent may be preferred.

Language Skills:
Basic English language skills are not required for this position.
