Architectural Designer


We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Jerusalem. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating plans, drawings, and models for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural principles, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members. This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month. Previous experience in architectural design is required.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their project needs and requirements
- Develop detailed drawings, plans, and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Work closely with engineers and other team members to incorporate structural elements into designs
- Make necessary revisions to designs based on client feedback
- Conduct site visits to gather information for design development
- Create visualizations of designs for presentations to clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in architectural design
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of architectural principles and building codes
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices
- Familiarity with 3D modeling software
- Ability to speak multiple languages
