Construction Project Manager


As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in the city of Wiltz. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with architects and engineers to ensure designs meet building codes and regulations
- Hire and manage contractors, subcontractors, and other project staff
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Manage project finances, including tracking costs and approving payments
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills to manage a team of professionals
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Wiltz is preferred
