We are in need of an experienced and detail-oriented Industrial Architect to join our team in Atlanta. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings, warehouses, and other facilities. You should have a strong understanding of industrial design principles and construction methods.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for industrial buildings or facilities
- Create detailed architectural plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the building is being built according to the plans and specifications
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Ensure that all building codes and regulations are met throughout the construction process
- Review budget constraints and make adjustments as needed to keep projects within budget

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Industrial Architect or a similar role
- Proficient in using CAD software for creating architectural plans
- Strong understanding of industrial design principles and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, etc.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
