Sales Manager for Egyptian Nationals in Muscat, Oman
A reputable company in Muscat is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager from Egypt to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue and expand our customer base. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to drive performance and achieve targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives
- Create and maintain relationships with key clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports
Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality with valid passport and visa sponsorship provided by the company
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management, preferably in the same industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
