Executive Chef for a Fine Dining Restaurant in Clairvaux, France


We are searching for a talented and experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team at a high-end fine dining restaurant in the beautiful city of Clairvaux, France. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing exceptional culinary experiences for our guests while also managing the daily operations of the kitchen.

Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative and creative menus that showcase local and seasonal ingredients
- Oversee food preparation and ensure high quality and consistency in all dishes
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food presentation and taste
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen workspace
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with management to create budget plans and cost-effective menu items

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining establishment
- Culinary degree or equivalent training preferred
- Extensive knowledge of French cuisine with a focus on regional specialties
- Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Biometric passport or eligibility to work in France is required

This is a contract position with potential for extension based on performance. We welcome candidates of any nationality who are fluent in English. Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)
