Junior Administrator
Our company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Administrator to join our team in Oslo. The ideal candidate will have a biometric passport and be able to work without accommodation. Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Monitor and respond to emails and phone calls
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed

Requirements:
- Biometric passport
- Ability to work without accommodation in Oslo
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently
- Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus but not required

Salary: 1600$ per month.
