We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architectural Technologist to join our team in Alta, Canada. As a Junior Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of architectural plans, as well as conducting site visits and collaborating with other team members.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of architectural plans using CAD software
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess site conditions
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure design integrity and functionality
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for construction projects
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions accordingly

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture or a related field
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to travel for site visits as needed (valid biometric passport required)

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per week.
