Rental Agent/Representative in Bungoma, Kenya

As a rental agent/representative for our rental company in Bungoma, Kenya, you will be responsible for managing the rental process from start to finish. Your duties will include finding and screening potential tenants, negotiating lease terms and collecting payments. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our rental properties.

This job is suitable for men who are detail-oriented, organized and able to work independently. English language skills are not required for this position. This is a contract job with a salary of 1200$. Accommodation will not be provided, so preference will be given to local candidates or those willing to relocate to Bungoma.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as basic knowledge of rental laws and regulations. Previous experience in property management or sales would be an asset but is not required.
