Elevator Installer/Technician



As an Elevator Installer/Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining elevators in various buildings throughout Karachi. You will work closely with a team of skilled professionals to ensure that elevators are installed safely and efficiently. Your duties will include reading and interpreting blueprints, assembling elevator parts, wiring electrical components, and testing elevator systems.

To excel in this role, you must have strong technical skills and a keen attention to detail. You should also possess excellent problem-solving abilities and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent communication skills are also essential as you will be interacting with clients and providing them with updates on the progress of their elevator installations.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of elevator components
- Assemble elevator parts according to specifications
- Install wiring for electrical components such as motors, switches, control panels, and safety devices
- Test elevator systems to ensure proper functioning
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation or maintenance
- Provide clients with updates on the progress of their elevator installation or maintenance
- Maintain a safe working environment at all times
- Keep accurate records of work performed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in elevator installation or maintenance
- Strong technical skills and ability to read blueprints
- Knowledge of electrical systems
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
