We are in search of a highly skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As the Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and upgrading our network and systems infrastructure, ensuring its efficiency, security, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network and system hardware and software
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues proactively
- Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures
- Implement security measures to protect against cyber threats
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies in the field to enhance our systems
- Collaborate with other IT personnel to resolve complex technical issues
- Provide technical support to end-users as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of network protocols, hardware, and software (Cisco, Juniper, Windows Server)
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware) is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues at all levels
