Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to plan projects
- Measure and cut wood pieces according to specifications
- Install structures such as walls, roofs, floors, and decks
- Repair or replace damaged wooden items
- Operate power tools such as saws, drills, and sanders
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
- Proficient in using power tools
- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials
- Attention to detail and precision in work
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Preferred:
- Nationality preference: Filipino or Kenyan (open to all nationalities)
- Fluent in English (both speaking and writing)
