Handyman - Maintenance and Repair Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and appliances
- Responding to service requests in a timely manner
- Troubleshooting issues and determining the best course of action for repairs
- Ordering necessary materials and supplies for repairs
- Maintaining accurate records of all work performed
- Ensuring all work is done in compliance with safety regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in maintenance or handyman work
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Bonus Skills:
While not required, the following skills would be considered an asset:
- Carpentry experience
- Painting experience
- Knowledge of landscaping techniques

Working Conditions:
This position is part-time with flexible hours. The successful candidate will need to provide their own transportation between job sites. This position does not include accommodation.
