Handyman for Maintenance and Repairs


We are in need of a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Shan. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks around our facilities. This is a contract position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as fixing leaky faucets, changing light bulbs, painting, etc.
- Conduct repairs on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot issues with equipment and appliances
- Install new fixtures or furniture as needed
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Adhere to safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance processes and procedures
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects if needed
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month for this position.

Location:
This job is located in Shan but we welcome applicants from all nationalities.

Contract:
This is a contract position with the potential for long-term employment.

Experience:
Previous experience in a similar handyman or maintenance role is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
