Courier Delivery Assistant

We are in need of a reliable and hardworking Courier Delivery Assistant to join our team in Nairobi. As a Courier Delivery Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting our couriers with delivering packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist couriers with loading and unloading packages onto delivery vehicles
- Sort and organize packages for efficient delivery routes
- Assist with navigation and directions during deliveries
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of packages to customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of Hindi or Urdu is a plus
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy packages (up to 50lbs)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred
- Previous experience in delivery, customer service, or related field is an asset but not required
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
