We are seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Land Surveyor, you will play a vital role in the planning and development of land projects by collecting and analyzing data to determine property boundaries and locations of natural or man-made features. Your attention to detail and strong mathematical skills will be essential in accurately measuring and mapping out the land.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys using specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and electronic data collectors
- Analyze survey data, maps, and deeds to establish property boundaries
- Prepare detailed reports on survey findings for clients and government agencies
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide accurate survey information for project planning
- Maintain accurate records of survey data and equipment maintenance logs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Geomatics or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Strong mathematical skills and proficiency in using surveying equipment
- Knowledge of CAD software for creating maps and plans
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
