We are seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Monte-Carlo, Monaco. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design and construction of various architectural projects. Your main duties will include developing project plans, coordinating with architects and contractors, and ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on schedule. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and project management, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. This is a part-time position without accommodation, so local candidates are preferred. This is also an urgent job opening, so immediate availability is required.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and timelines for various architectural projects
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other team members to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Review architectural drawings for accuracy and compliance with building codes and regulations
- Manage project budgets and ensure that projects are completed within budget constraints
- Provide regular updates to senior management on the status of ongoing projects
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on complex design processes
- Participate in business development activities by networking with potential clients or partners

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in architecture or project management
- Excellent knowledge of relevant software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (French language skills would be a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
