Merchandising Coordinator
As a Merchandising Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing the merchandising strategy for our company in Jeddah. Your main goal will be to ensure that our products are presented in an appealing and organized manner to attract and retain customers. This role requires someone with a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising plans for our stores in Jeddah
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing displays
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences
- Train store staff on proper merchandising techniques and standards
- Analyze sales data to make informed decisions about product placement and promotions
- Ensure that all visual displays adhere to brand guidelines
- Work closely with the store manager to maintain organized and visually appealing store layouts
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2+ years of experience in merchandising or retail management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of current market trends and consumer behavior in Jeddah preferred
- Fluent English proficiency is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
