Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Construction Manager for our company in Hawalli. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. Your duties will include planning, organizing, and directing the construction process, as well as coordinating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and direct all phases of construction projects
- Develop project schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other team members
- Monitor project progress and ensure quality standards are met
- Manage project budget and expenses
- Hire and supervise contractors and other construction workers
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project status
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations
- Ability to read blueprints
- Proficient in project management software
- Ability to work well under pressure

Salary: $1100 per month

Location: Hawalli
