Construction Project Manager
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects in the city of Hawalli. This includes planning, coordinating, and executing the construction process from start to finish. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make adjustments as needed to keep them on track
- Manage project budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for construction projects
- Lead and manage a team of workers on site to ensure efficient workflow
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills in English (proficiency in Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse team effectively
This position offers a salary of 1300$ per month, along with accommodation for non-native speakers who require it. This is a full-time position suitable for men.
