We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Specialist to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting large sets of data to identify trends and patterns that can inform business decisions. You will work closely with various departments to gather data, create reports, and present findings to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Gather data from multiple sources and organize it in a meaningful way
- Analyze large datasets using statistical methods and software programs
- Identify trends and patterns within the data to inform business decisions
- Create reports and visualizations to present data findings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide insights
- Develop and implement data collection systems and strategies
- Continuously monitor data quality to ensure accuracy and reliability

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Proficient in SQL database management and statistical analysis software (e.g. Excel, R)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear manner
- Experience working with cross-functional teams is preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.
