We are a reputable construction company based in Utena, seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for painting various surfaces including walls, ceilings, and furniture. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our projects have a high-quality finish and meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers or sprayers
- Cover floors and furniture with drop cloths to protect from paint splatters
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and cleaned after use
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Painter in the construction industry
- Excellent knowledge of painting techniques and materials
- Attention to detail with an eye for color matching and precision
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy equipment if necessary
- Good communication skills in English (Lithuanian language skills are a plus)
