Indian Concierge in Washington



We are looking for a professional and friendly Indian Concierge to join our team in Washington. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and assisting them with their needs during their stay.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide information about the hotel facilities, local attractions, and events
- Make reservations for dining, transportation, and other services as requested by guests
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with excellent knowledge of Indian culture, customs, and cuisine
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Must have own visa to work in the United States

Salary:
$1700 per month
