Project Manager - Construction (Indian Nationals)

We are a reputable construction company based in Nakuru, seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. As an Indian national, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing various construction projects across the city.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to stay on track with budget and timeline
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients and stakeholders
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and resolve any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Experience working with Indian contractors preferred

Salary: $1200/month (negotiable based on experience)
