Construction Project Manager

We are currently in need of a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects in Nakuru, Kenya. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Construction Manager, preferably in the Kenyan construction industry. They should possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as strong knowledge of construction processes and building codes. The role will involve managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, as well as coordinating with contractors and ensuring quality control. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month, along with accommodation provided. The candidate should be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and hold their own visa for employment in Kenya. This is an urgent position that requires immediate availability. Kenyan nationals are preferred for this role.
