Personal Trainer


A fitness center in Jizan is seeking a qualified and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team. As a Personal Trainer, you will work with clients to help them achieve their fitness goals through personalized training plans and coaching. This is a part-time position with a competitive salary of $1600 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial consultations with new clients to assess their fitness levels, goals, and any health concerns or injuries
- Design personalized workout plans for clients based on their individual needs and goals
- Provide coaching and instruction during training sessions to ensure proper form and technique
- Motivate and support clients throughout their fitness journey
- Continuously track and monitor client progress and adjust plans as needed
- Educate clients on the importance of proper nutrition and provide guidance on healthy eating habits
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment for clients

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Personal Trainer or in a related field
- Certified Personal Trainer from an accredited organization
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong communication skills, able to effectively explain exercises and provide feedback to clients
- Excellent customer service skills, able to build rapport with clients
- Knowledgeable about nutrition and able to provide guidance on healthy eating habits
- Must be physically fit and able to demonstrate exercises
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
