Senior Accountant

We are a fast-growing accounting firm located in Siauliai, seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1400 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
- Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and reports
- Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and laws
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improvement
- Train and mentor junior accountants
- Communicate with clients to address any accounting concerns or questions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of accounting principles, laws, and regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Quickbooks)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
