Entry-Level Baker

A bakery in Siauliai is seeking an Entry-Level Baker to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and hardworking individual looking to start their career as a Baker. Responsibilities:
- Assist head baker in preparing doughs, batters, fillings, and other baked goods
- Operate baking equipment such as mixers, ovens, and proofers
- Follow recipes accurately and ensure consistency in product quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery
- Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or damages to management
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Strong attention to detail
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads (up to 50 lbs)
- Good time management skills
- Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
The starting salary for this position is $1000 per month.
