Courier Delivery Associate



As a Courier Delivery Associate, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering packages to our customers in the Akron area. This job is perfect for someone who enjoys being on the road and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a company vehicle to make deliveries in a timely manner
- Plan and organize delivery routes to maximize efficiency
- Use a handheld device to scan and track packages
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Follow safety protocols while loading and unloading packages
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle at all times

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English and possess good communication skills
- Previous experience as a courier or delivery driver preferred
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently
