Architectural Technologist

Our architectural firm is seeking a skilled and innovative Architectural Technologist to join our team in Os, Norway. As an Architectural Technologist, you will work closely with architects and engineers to design and develop construction plans for various projects. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1700 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to create detailed construction plans using CAD software
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for project development
- Prepare accurate drawings, blueprints, and schematics for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress
- Research new materials, technologies, and techniques to incorporate into designs
- Review and revise plans based on feedback from project managers or clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask on multiple projects simultaneously

Preference will be given to candidates who are fluent in Norwegian or have previous experience working in Norway. This position also includes accommodation, free visa sponsorship, and a ticket allowance.
