Office Administrator
The Office Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of our company in Al Buraymi. This includes managing office supplies, coordinating meetings and appointments, and handling any other administrative tasks as needed. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in an administrative role, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and place orders as needed
- Coordinate meetings and appointments for staff
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and data entry
- Maintain organized filing systems for important documents
- Communicate with clients and vendors as needed
- Ensure the smooth operation of office equipment and report any issues to management
- Support other staff members with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have valid work visa for Oman (visa sponsorship available)
- Indian nationality preferred
Salary: 1700$ per month
Employment Type: Contract (with possibility of extension)
