Junior Florist

We are a flower shop in Lom looking for a passionate and creative Junior Florist to join our team. As a Junior Florist, you will assist in creating beautiful floral arrangements for various events and occasions. This is a full-time position with salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting senior florists in creating floral arrangements
- Preparing flowers for display and sale
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the flower shop
- Interacting with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Providing recommendations on floral designs and products
- Assisting with inventory management and ordering of supplies
- Participating in marketing efforts to promote the flower shop

Requirements:
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Passionate about flowers and design
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Prior experience in a similar role is not required but is a plus
