- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including budget management, material procurement, and subcontractor coordination
- Manage project teams and ensure all workers are following safety protocols and completing tasks efficiently
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Monitor project expenses and make necessary adjustments to stay within budget
- Ensure compliance with all building codes, regulations, and permits
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management or related role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and materials
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and team members
- Proven ability to manage budgets and meet deadlines
- Experience with project management software is preferred
