Construction Project Manager


We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Construction Project Manager to join our team in Alta, Norway. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create project plans and timelines, including budget estimates
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders regarding project updates
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions
- Handle any issues or delays that may arise during construction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- At least 3 years of experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a diverse team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
