Responsibilities:
- Create and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
- Deliver instruction using a variety of teaching methods to meet the needs of all students
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support as needed
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and coordinate lessons and activities
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about student progress
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (or currently pursuing degree)
- Teaching certification preferred (but not required for entry-level position)
- Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
- Adaptable and open-minded mindset to embrace new teaching strategies and methods
- Fluency in English (Norwegian language skills are a plus)
