Sales Representative - Vilnius, Lithuania



We are hiring a Sales Representative to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's products or services to potential customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Previous sales experience is preferred but not required. Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell company products or services to potential customers
- Utilize various sales techniques to generate leads and close deals
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Continuously update knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends

Requirements:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not required
- Must be legally eligible to work in Lithuania without sponsorship or visa assistance

Compensation:
This is a commission-based role with a starting salary of $1200 per month. As you develop your sales skills and achieve success in meeting sales targets, your salary will increase accordingly.

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. You will be expected to work an average of 20 hours per week, with the option for more hours if desired.
