Industrial Architect


As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial structures and facilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements, and then create detailed plans and blueprints for the construction of factories, warehouses, storage buildings, and other industrial facilities. Your role will involve collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed according to specifications, budget, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their industrial project needs
- Conduct site visits to gather information on land conditions and constraints
- Design industrial structures using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Create detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models for construction
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure structural integrity of designs
- Work closely with contractors during the construction phase to provide guidance and resolve any issues that arise
- Conduct regular inspections of construction progress to ensure compliance with design plans
- Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and other project expenses
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Industrial Architect or similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Salary: $1400 per month

City: Acre
