IT Manager - Los Angeles

We are currently seeking a skilled IT Manager to join our team in Los Angeles. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, ensuring the security and functionality of our systems, and implementing new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals
- Develop and maintain company-wide technology policies and procedures
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of all network systems
- Ensure the security and integrity of all data and systems
- Identify areas for improvement and implement new technologies to increase efficiency
- Manage budget for hardware, software, and technology projects
- Provide technical support to employees as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience in an IT management role
- Extensive knowledge of network infrastructure, security protocols, and data protection methods
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Salary: $1300/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Los Angeles (accommodation provided if needed)

Nationality: Indian preferred (open to other nationalities)
