Concierge Assistant

We are currently hiring a Concierge Assistant to join our team at our luxury hotel in Triesen. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and assisting the Concierge in various tasks. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about hospitality, enjoys interacting with people from all over the world, and has a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide information about the hotel, local attractions, restaurants, and events to guests
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants or events
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally
- Keep the lobby area clean and tidy at all times
- Assist the Concierge with daily tasks such as luggage storage, mail handling, and package delivery
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
- Maintain an organized inventory of hotel amenities, brochures, and maps for guests to use

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Strong multitasking abilities with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- A friendly and outgoing personality with a genuine desire to help others
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
