Handyman for Household Repairs and Maintenance

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry

- Install new equipment or furniture as needed
- Inspect and troubleshoot any issues with plumbing, heating, or electrical systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Keep track of inventory and supplies needed for repairs
- Respond promptly to any emergency repairs
- Adhere to safety protocols while performing tasks

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in a relevant field is a plus
- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role in a residential setting (experience with basic home repair tools is essential)
- Good understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
