Data Analyst - Contract Position (Visa Sponsorship Available)


We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to provide insights and recommendations that drive business decisions. Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize and analyze large datasets using statistical methods and tools
- Identify patterns and trends in data to develop actionable insights
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present data in a meaningful way
- Continuously monitor data quality and accuracy to ensure integrity of analysis

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related field
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Strong proficiency with SQL, Excel, and statistical analysis tools (R or Python)
- Experience working with large datasets and relational databases
- Ability to translate complex data into understandable insights for non-technical audiences
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Data Science or related field
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with machine learning techniques for predictive modeling
